The original property was subdivided, with some difficulty. The minimum size allowed is 100 acres (40 hectares) meaning that our property 2 is the bottom half of the above plan. the house is in the bottom left hand corner and the back country is on the right hand side.
The marker on the left is indicating north. Therefore the bottom and top boundaries, therefore are north and south boundaries and aligned west to east.
The road shown on the southern boundary does not exist.
